  • Slow down your mind – one thing at a time, adopt reflective practices, yoga qigong, tai chi

  • Master the art of concentration

  • Practice mindfulness

  • Show kindness to others

  • Repeat a mantra, “All is well “

  • Create space between – leave space between tasks and appointments

  • Keep a zen attitude – no need to rush, spend time with those you love, live life at your own pace instead of keeping up with others
